Overview

An AI-powered outsourcing and lead-generation tool built for GreenPal (the US lawn-care service). It automates prospecting and outreach — discovering leads and reaching out to them — using AI-driven workflows on top of several data sources.

My Role & Contributions

I led this project as Tech Lead, owning its direction and delivery rather than its hands-on implementation. Under my lead, the team built:

  • AI-powered outreach automation — Claude-driven workflows that handle outreach end to end.
  • Lead discovery — finding and enriching prospects.
  • Integrations — Apollo and RocketReach for lead data, and the Gmail API for sending outreach.
  • Website scraping — gathering additional lead information from the web.
